Sean joined Nearctic Property Group as Chief Operating Officer in 2019 with a 38-year track record in the real estate investment management business. Sean developed a diverse business perspective and set of competencies having worked with both large national public entities as well as private entrepreneurial organizations. He is an outcome oriented real estate operations executive skilled in leadership, leasing, construction, acquisitions, development, finance and asset management of a wide range of property types including apartments, office, retail, and industrial properties. Sean was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Nearctic Industrial Real Estate Income Trust in April 2023 and Chief Executive Officer of Nearctic Property Group in September 2025.
