NI REIT proudly welcomed our 150th investor, surpassing our capital raising objectives for this stage. This milestone also marks NI REIT’s transition to a Mutual Fund Trust, making it a qualified investment for registered accounts including RRSPs, TFSAs, RRIFs, and RESPs.

In addition, over the past 60 days we have formed two strategic partnerships that expand our reach in the private capital markets. Through our collaboration with Adam Hoffman and Pinnacle Wealth Advisors (pinnaclewealth.ca), NI REIT is now accessible as a private market investment opportunity. Likewise, by partnering with Peter Jarman and Axcess Capital Advisors (axcesscapital.com), NI REIT is available as a new investment offering within the Axcess network.
