Kylie brings more than 15 years of experience in accounting, finance, and commercial real estate, along with a strong track record of leadership across both private-sector and regulatory environments. She earned her Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Calgary and obtained her CA, CPA designation in 2012 while working with a global accounting firm.
Her career includes extensive experience in compliance, financial reporting, disclosure, and the securities market, gained through her work with a leading commercial real estate firm and a Canadian securities regulator. Kylie is known for her technical depth, strategic mindset, and disciplined approach to building high-performing finance functions. She has consistently delivered financial and operational improvements through innovation, process optimization, and strong team leadership.
